My Costco Haul: Non-Toxic, Healthy Finds for Meals & Snacks

Hey friends! I’m heading to Costco, and I’m so excited to share my latest haul with you. I’m all about finding products that are non-toxic, healthy, and simple—perfect for meals, snacks, and everyday living. If you’re trying to eat cleaner, reduce chemicals in your home, or just stock up on wholesome foods, you’ll want to see what I found!

Tips for a Healthy Costco Haul

Check Labels – Less is more. Stick to foods and products with simple, recognizable ingredients.

Stock Up on Staples – Buying in bulk is cost-effective, especially for pantry staples, nuts, seeds, and frozen produce.

Plan Meals Around Staples – Having a variety of healthy basics makes meal prep simple and keeps snacks on-hand.

Stocking Up On Family Favorites

You know that feeling when you walk into Costco for “just a couple of things” and somehow end up with a full cart? Yep… that was me this week. But honestly, I don’t feel bad about it because I grabbed so many of our tried-and-true staples (and a few fun finds) that make eating healthy at home way easier.

Here’s what made it into my cart this time:

First up, Juni Sparkling Tea. I’ve been obsessed with this lately. It’s bubbly, refreshing, and feels like a little treat without being loaded with sugar like soda. My favorite is the peach flavor—it’s light and not too sweet. Definitely a good “swap” if you’re trying to kick soda or energy drinks.

I also stocked up on Simple Mills Crackers and their Graham Snacks. The crackers are a lifesaver when I need something quick to pair with cheese, guac, or hummus. They’re crunchy, satisfying, and the kids don’t even realize they’re grain-free. The graham snacks? Let’s just say the kids think they’re cookies, and I’m happy to let them believe that. Perfect for lunchboxes or road trips.

Protein-wise, I grabbed a box of grass-fed beef patties. If you don’t already buy these, run—don’t walk. They’re pre-formed, ready to cook straight from the freezer, and they actually taste good (not bland like some frozen burgers). I also couldn’t resist the Archer grass-fed mini beef sticks. These are perfect for when we’re running out the door or need a protein snack between meals. My kids call them “meat snacks,” and they disappear faster than I expect.

For snacks that lean more on the sweet side, I picked up MadeGood Granola Bites and Pure Organic Fruit Bars. The granola bites are allergy-friendly and bite-sized, which makes them easy for little hands. The fruit bars are basically like a cleaner version of fruit snacks. I love that they’re individually wrapped, so I can toss them in my bag.

On the bread front, I grabbed Rudi’s Organic Sourdough Bread. If you’re into sourdough, this is a solid store-bought option. It’s hearty and flavorful, and it actually toasts up really nicely. It’s not quite like homemade, but it beats most packaged breads.

For condiments, I went with Chosen Foods Classic Mayo. I’ve tried a lot of “cleaner” mayos, and this one is hands-down my favorite. The flavor is mild, the texture is creamy, and it doesn’t overpower whatever you put it on.

Breakfast and snack time got a boost too. I picked up Seven Sundays Granola, which is dangerously good. It’s crunchy, a little sweet, and I keep catching myself eating it by the handful. Speaking of yogurt, I grabbed a big tub of organic Greek yogurt. It’s creamy, thick, and perfect for layering with fruit and granola. Between me and the kids, this doesn’t last long in our fridge.

On the drink side, I restocked on Raw Kombucha Organic Drinks. I’ve tried a lot of kombucha brands, and this one is solid—good fizz, good flavor, and not overly vinegary. The berry flavor is my personal favorite.

And of course, produce! I picked up the organic berries and banana fruit mix from the freezer section—so convenient for tossing into smoothies on busy mornings. The texture blends up super smooth, so no icy chunks. I also grabbed a big bag of organic apples because we go through them daily. They’re crisp, sweet, and perfect for snacks or sliced up with almond butter.

So that’s the haul! Nothing too wild this time, but definitely a good mix of snacks, easy meals, and healthy staples. Costco has really stepped up their game with organic and clean ingredient options, and it makes my life so much easier. Plus, it feels good knowing I’m stocking the house with things my kids will actually eat (without me side-eyeing the ingredient list).
